Highly recommend!!! Ordered over the phone for next day delivery. Told them the amount I want to spend for an all white arrangement in a short vase and they made it happen! There was a mix-up with the delivery address. At first I gave them my sister's home address, but decided the last minute that I rather have it delivered to her work place. They attempted to deliver to her work place, but she had already left work. So they delivered to her house! I am so glad they did because it for my sister's birthday. Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in the hospital only to find out upon delivery that were are not allowed on the oncology floor. As they are still very fresh, I was told by AAF that they will be able to sell them and will deliver a stuffed animal and Mylar balloon instead. Although I offered to pay for both the flowers and the new delivery, I was told it wasn't necessary, although it was my error for not researching what was allowed at the hospital. I was so surprised at such a nice gesture. my friend will truly appreciate this as she is going through a very difficult time right now.

Always Affordable Flowers went "above and beyond" in their efforts to correct a delivery order. The staff was courteous, understanding, helpful and prompt. This is now my go-to florist in the Tacoma area.

Best service and design I have seen in years. They graciously accepted my last-minute order for Thanksgiving dinner centerpieces when no one else I called would. The owner, Chris, used to be a designer for Grassi's and has a great eye for hue and texture. I highly recommend!

I have heard nothing but good things about Chris from my friends that have used her in the past so when my Mother unexpectedly passed away I was very grateful that as lease this part of my dealings would be taking care of. Chris showed up on time set up the arrangements took the time to say her condolences and meet my family. Chris brought with her, not only flowers but comfort for our loss, she also threw in a little something extra to show how much she cared. Our arrangements were ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHING and AMAZING!!! Chris delivered nothing short of what I expected. I thank You for making that part of our life easier! I will be getting married in the fall and will definitely use you as our florist!!! My out of state mother-in-law ordered a double orchid and a balloon from them and they delivered a gorgeous, huge full bloomed beauty whose blossoms held on for 3 months (am anxiously awaiting the next bloom) and an appropriate balloon for the occasion. Perfection. delivered on time by a friendly gent. He referred to his wife, so a small florist, but still ran as if they've a huge inventory, so they know what they're doing and where to get fresh beautiful flowers for delivery. Recommend!!!
